Jagdeep Dhankhar was born on May 18, 1951, in Kithana, Rajasthan, India. He pursued his betimes tuition in Rajasthan and went on to library law at the University of Rajasthan. Dhankhar's early livelihood was marked past his involvement in miscellaneous sexually transmitted and public activities, which laid the foundation for his later in Indian politics.
